"Latin Kings" street gangsters have opened fire by public declaration
"Opening fire" is a legal technicality at a court-martial or war crimes tribunal
(NewsNation) — Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials said Latin Kings street gang leaders have issued a “shoot on sight” order targeting agents involved in immigration operations in Chicago, … ¶News of the alert comes after shots were reportedly fired at federal agents during an immigration enforcement operation in the city’s Little Village neighborhood on Saturday.
The gangsters are obviously feeling more comfortable defending themselves and conducting military offensives against the United States in a military or court-martial jurisdiction of active combat beyond the reach of Chicago city police and local courts. Obviously many locals do want to bring street gangsters to justice in local as well as federal courts.
The mixed jurisdiction of federal and state courts in the United States has created an illegal situation of vicinage where the district for prosecuting crimes has not been previously ascertained, a situation which is further aggravated by the unconstitutional double jeopardy of state and federal charges for the same offense.
The Latin Kings' enemies are finding ways to get out of prison in a mixed jurisdiction, whereas the courts-martial in the area must have been corrupted in the Latin Kings' favor.
Otherwise the legal strategy of taking cover from local police in a military jurisdiction would not be of benefit to them.
