Fraud and white collar crimes in Alaska

Scammers, hucksters and con artists are everywhere working closely with pickpockets, car thieves and burglars

Remember, established businesses cannot be charged with defrauding customers in the state or district of Alaska. Only consumers or customers can be charged with fraud.

Alaska is an extreme red-light district with an extreme shopkeeper's privilege in a local-business-only chamber-of-commerce court system. Local businesses routinely serve civil trespasses and other restraining orders on consumers, which are only rarely contested in court because there is an automatic presumption of guilt in court and the process for contesting otherwise is extremely obscure or non-existent.
