Not much you can do about the drugs but the courts offer all sorts of processes and processes to torture and drug suspects hideously for "mental health"

You have to realize, Marijuana and all recreational street drugs remain legal in Alaska regardless of what the laws or statutes actually say or what the courts rule.

On the other hand, guns are illegal for anyone but beat cops to carry or possess, regardless of the Constitution, regardless of laws or statutes, and regardless of court rulings.

Sport hunting is a popular pastime in the state among exclusive clubs of law enforcement professionals who licensed and permitted by law to possess and carry firearms.

Other than that, the courts are lax on cruel cops and assiduous in allowing them to rule over law-abiding citizens as horrible tyrants, with a universal presumption of guilt in all criminal matters and liability in civil matters.

There is also an automatic presumption of mental incompetency whenever there is an opportunity to drug, torture and interrogate suspects until they are deemed "restored" to competency to face trial with a full confession already having been drugged and extorted from them to be used as such in court.
