The "011" is a dialing code only applicable to placing exorbitantly expensive direct-billed international long-distance telephone calls from the U.S.A. It is not used for local or long distance domestic calls in those countries or for international calls from other countries.

So what is a "suboffice"?

That sounds like an office with a submissive hussy serving as a secretary at the front desk, a veritable Miss Moneypenny as in the James Bond series.

We're a little bit at a loss as to preachers urging wives to be so obsequiously submissive to their husbands. That's not something women have to be told explicitly as to men the vast majority who are naturally bigger and stronger than their wives.

To their own husbands inasmuch as they choose to live with them, sure. Not to other men. The submissive games end at the police station, and there the opportunities for falsely alleging abuse also have to be denied to them. People have too many phones and too many friends.
