Or go to the gym and "work out" where military-associated men risk being accused of sex offenses by locally adulated female sports stars merely for setting foot on the property of the place.
Fitness requires more regular P.T. and ducking out of fat-sugar-and-salt restaurant meal engagements as well as sumptuous family meals and community potlatch affairs.
The general civilian population is professionally fat. Too much food is being professionally served while at the same time opportunities for exercise are being professionally restricted for professionally fattened individuals.
