Bad cops and federal government employees who can't be fired no matter what are abusing their authority and making workers miserable in all other professions and fields of employment.
I hate to say it, but unionized government employees are very well known for being “anal.”
These people are politically “at work.” We obviously can’t pull them away from their jobs to argue or debate them or talk sense to them.

So we have to explain what we do for work and how they make our jobs and our lives more difficult, and how the pay and costly benefits which they demand as government employees directly reduce the money available for our pay and benefits in the ever-shrinking private sector of the economy.
How much of a “tip” does one cash-strapped worker owe another for every little service or favor? Especially when they work for the government.
