Do ethnic majorities face discrimination?

Whites are not a majority in California, and it's not entirely clear they ever were.

Statistics suggest that about 39½% or Californians are Latino or Hispanic while 15½% are Asian. I can't imagine speaking Spanish is much hindrance to finding a job in an area where plenty of Spanish-speaking people have plenty of money and profitable businesses. Asians are getting good computer jobs in the area, too. If anything these groups are out-working and out-competing whites and especially Anglo-Saxon Protestants.

Those who are present illegally in the United States are getting all their paperwork forged and fixed up somehow, and screwing over real citizens through the courts. There are far too many lawyers in a plaintiff-friendly self-help district offering presumptive garnishments, non-judicial foreclosures, and automatic repossessions. It's a progressive problem with the old Spanish laws, barely even translated to English, sitting on the books as California statutes in defiance of morality and Constitution.
