Cops are playing with fire

Making "high risk" arrests at gas stations

Cigarettes and lighters and newspapers too. They sell it all. It's all highly flammable.

It's just not the place to serve obnoxious or simulated legal process, intentionally provoke customers to wrath, or engage in other high-risk activities, such as conducting arrests or “detaining” people for purposes of popular entertainment or offering social services rather than prosecuting actual criminal charges in court.

You risk being doused with gasoline and set afire as a cop when you bully people with your guns and handcuffs at gas stations.

An open gas pump in operation is at least as dangerous and at least as lethal as any type of firearm commonly sold.

Gasoline is an extremely dangerous product and it's not something you as a cop can prohibit people from purchasing or possessing.

Get away from the flammable products and give the other customers some space before you pull your guns, reach for the handcuffs dangling on your belt or make another bloody “high-risk” felony arrest on one of your cocked-up misdemeanor charges.

And no arson charges?

Cops have a tough job to do. They have a residence and a place of employment and they need a very good documented official reason to be anywhere else.

Married cops can't rape their spouses, and single or divorced cops can't solicit prostitution or view pornography for unofficial purposes.

Retired cops need to stay at home in a brick house for their own protection until they die after a career of ticketing and fining and picking people up at gas stations.

They that live by the law die by the law.
