Consumers have access to encrypted chats?

No. That's from the fake and gay department. Corporations and governments as well as the employees who work in those departments have absolute, total, and unlimited access to all consumer chats as far we can tell.

Let's just play spy-versus-spy when you and I are not professionals at their game. We don't design the computer chips or make or program consumer electronics. We don't even know how they're made or programmed. We have no way of finding out that information. We don't make the court rules or write the police procedurals or the corporate policies that govern their access to our data.

We're just supposed to trust what they're telling us here that our chats are safe.
