There's a lady somewhere. Really, there are plenty of ladies out there, in fact. Dude cops really need to have their dating activities restricted to off-duty and out of uniform.
Now to punish local beat cops out of their vices and bad habits of pimping and prostitution and eating out at local restaurants and coffee shops while on duty.
But nobody really believes FBI G-men will go that far.

If you've got to bust an establishment for illegal drug activity, you weren't eating out or drinking there as a cop on duty, were you?
Sorry, it's a tough job for the usual gang of gung-ho alpha-male beat cops who were hired to beat and bully us as law-abiding citizens into submission to the law, and to thoroughly punish the spirit of freedom out of us in America, year after year. If your own wife makes coffee, you'd better pack it in a thermos with a brown bag for lunch as a beat cop on the job, because that coffee shop bitch with the brightly colored dyed hair, too many tattoos and nose rings etc. isn't your wife, and you can't really expect her to be faithful to you, with respect to the unadulterated food and drink you require as permissible indulgences on the job as a working beat cop on duty in the industry.
And on the other hand, law-abiding citizens with families and children who eat out at restaurants (or in their own homes) should never have to tolerate the presence of police officers in uniform there without a warrant.
