Are you an Israeli citizen that has been waiting for years to apply for the E-2 Investor Visa? The U.S. Embassy in Israel recently announced Israel’s participation in the E-2 Treaty Trader Visa program. Beginning May 1st, Israeli citizens can apply for the E-2 Investor Visa to invest in a new or existing business in the United States.

Isn't this something just a little bit too “appropriate” for foreign-born Jews in America? We have the “workers” for your “businesses,” too. I do believe we’re going full Nazi with this.

People from other countries who are actually in the United States on legitimate business and not ripping us off should not be here on a special Jew-visa for Jew-business. I'm sure they can invest in the stock market on NYSE without being physically present in our country.

Otherwise, back to “legitimate business” — you don't need a weird visa classification for it — and you shouldn’t have that much trouble making extended business trips and hopping flights in the U.S. if you’re legit and you’re paying your way and not rudely shutting out American competitors. There’s no way to separate it from pleasure trips, cruises and vacations.
